I reserved 2 rooms, 2 beds each and was automatically downgraded to one bed each room. I had to negotiate for the rooms I booked and paid for. Also no cookies, haha

Luxury room, good restaurant, pool (open !! Yay!), location ( great!) for the airport

The only thing I didn’t appreciate: I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each through booking.com. When I arrived, I was automatically assigned a room with one queen bed and a room with one king bed. Definitely a downgrade from what I asked for and paid for. I did manage to get the rooms I asked for, but why would this happen? I should not have to negotiate for the rooms I booked!!!

location is a stone’s throw from the airport. if you want a cookie - then this is the place for you.

the staff are incompetent and very unprofessional. for example - the front desk address all the guests with “YES?”. Not - “Hello” or “Welcome to the Doubletree”. They all look like they were recruited right out of the local bar - unprofessionally dressed and very disheveled looking. The lady working on Sunday loudly expressed that one of her coworkers was in the men’s room taking a long time? Why would hotel guests want to hear that? Gross! Don’t expect much or any easy checks in - the staff can’t even assist on a simple check in without making it a total fiasco. A reservation couldn’t be found because the front desk was on the wrong screen? Upon checkout -they charged the room twice on a cc and then spent ten minutes arguing that checkout is not their fault but Booking.com’s on how payment is made to the property?!? Wrong! This staff are morons and a perfect example of why AI should be implemented. in the end, the staff are a reflection of their management team and Hilton.

Clean room, easy check in, quiet, AC quiet and worked well all appliances worked well and were clean. Bathroom was ok, clean and everything there. Extra blanket appreciated. Safe was available! Love that. no smell in room at all. LOVE that! Clean sheets, lovely pillows! Sitting area nice and door to bedroom was awesome to have privacy from front room area. Pet area was awesome!! provided poop bag and grass without stickers in it! THANK YOU!!

Bed wasnt as comfortable as I had hoped. Even being sleep number bed. Bathtub bottom was wobbly, like it was warped and moved back and forth. If I was an unsteady person I could have fallen. Needs replaced. Shower head covered in calcium. TV stations were limited and no directory to find out what was on. No liners in trash cans.
