Comfort Inn Kennewick Richland

It was very comfortable, great location. Only bad part was the pool and hot tub had so much chemicals in it, it was burning our eyes.

It was just ok. The free breakfast was ok at best. The shower head leaked the tub creaking as you shower some of the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. We notice a black insect in the room. It was just ok . I would go else where is elsewhere hadn’t been sold out.

Stayed here three nights. Staff were super friendly and check in was nice. The beds are super uncomfortable and outdated. I asked for room service after our second day. I just needed towels and toilet paper. I came back after a long day and it hadn’t been done. My kids didn’t want to get in the pool because of how dirty it looked. The breakfast was really good. I just had to wait for it and coffee.

Look like some homeless people were camping around the area

The hotel was ok, but the pool wasn't clean, the tiles in the hot tub were broken, and I had to get rid of bugs several times. The area was right across the street from a homeless encampment.

Clean, near freeway. Breakfast looked good, but only had yogurt because I'm celiac.

Was quiet area and easy to get to. Breakfast had a variety but not well stocked throughout the breakfast times. . Always had to ring bell for front desk staff

The location is perfect for me & the staff were very polite & friendly. The room was good sized & clean. The internet was very good. I did feel very safe there.

Looking at the pool through the windows with no one in at the time, the pool looked very scummy and I would not have gone in even if I had wanted too. My bed was not comfortable. The shower head was way too high up & when the next door room ran their shower, it sounded like a rushing waterfall in my room.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. The eggs were overcooked and stone cold, there was no bacon or sausage, and we had to wait 15 minutes to receive a milk refill. The afternoon clerk did not come to the room to assist with the Wi-Fi password as promised. My COPD makes walking difficult.
