Vanllee Hotel

- room was big - big pool - was clean

- Everything was old - our heater didn’t work for one night so it was really cold - breakfast was really disappointing

Check in was quick and easy. Big parking lot. Check out was easy, just left key in room

Room I booked wasn't available so I was "upgraded" to a suite. Dingy room wasn't cleaned very well. Phone was sticky. Carpets are old and outdated. "Balcony" in all rooms are a joke, they are about 1ft x 4ft and the bottom is made of metal mesh. Mattress was very old and needs to be replaced.

The staff was great. The location was convenient for us. Breakfast was a nice surprise. And the suits were spacious, especially for the price. The place has some nice touches (tile work, iron work and landscaping)

Everything feels a bit depressing, dated and worn. From the room furniture, to the breakfast area and the general outside of the buildings. The rooms were generally clean but had some mold in the bathroom vents. The worst part was that the majority of amenities we chose this place for were not available. The pool and hot tub were closed “for winter”… this was no lt made clear before we arrived. The gym was so dilapidated and just sad. It rained a bit while we were here and it leaked into lobby and other places - water pooled in many walk ways.

Good location

The room was dirty and we saw a rat under the fridge

Staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in the two gentleman at the front desk made a great impression

There was no access to the hot tub and pool area
