O extractor da casa de banho estava sempre a funcionar, e tornava-se um pouco encomodativo o barulho mesmo com a porta fechada. A tv só tinha 2 canais disponíveis!

Nice hotel, lovely bar and close to everything

Pillows were very hard think u need to upgrade them, also think u need to put plans in place for when drunk people arrive back to rooms as I had 2 drunk women sat outside my room kicking the door & screaming at 1:30am thinking it was there room! Woke us up and nearly gave us a heart attack!

An ex Ibis this has been modernised throughout. Rooms are small but very clean nice bed linen ikea cups and cool wall designs and air con that actually works. Great value when all you want is somewhere safe, comfortable and central just 7 mins walk Manchester Piccadilly station.

The staff were very friendly and the location was good, we attended an event at the AO and were able to walk. The shower was nice

The price was high for the cleanliness and general standard of the hotel. It feels very random, chaotic and dirty. There isn't really a theme theres just lots of random wallpaper, carpets etc. The beds were small and hard.

Excellent location. Quirky decor. Brilliant transport links.

Location

Noise levels. The rooms were not particularly soundproof or well insulated from noise. We had an interconnecting room too which meant we heard our friends next door. But that said we also heard the room the other side of the corridor.
