Breakfast is one of the main reasons we stay there. It is lovely

1. We were locked out of room after breakfast since door system stopped working. We work hybrid and was late clocking in. 2. This is they second time we notice the tv screens have a purple tone to them on both tvs in the room.

The cold portion of the breakfast was satisfactory, however on Sunday morning the electricity appeared to have gone out so there was minimal hot food. Eventually the power was restored , but we had already left. Surprised there was not a back-up means to accomodate guests.

I am still waiting form the email copy f my receipt, as was offered, instead of paper. would be nice to get it.

Love this place , very clean and comfortable stay.. breakfast was great!

The staff was amazing! I left a pair of earrings there and they went above and beyond to help get them back to me.

Convenient location with easy freeway on and off. Nice area for dining options within walking distance which you will want to take advantage of. Hotel staff; A+, Lobby and check in: A+, Lounge/restaurant : C- ,way under staffed, Rooms: F. Carpet was nasty, bathroom was as bad as imaginable and it was no fault of the housekeeping staff, furniture was obviously soiled and very worn. The rooms need a major remodel. Another oddity in our room was we had no A/C control option. Due to "cool" weather, the hotel switched the hotel's A/C system to heat which was not needed. The hotel brought fans to our room so it would not be so hot. The fans helped but but not enough to be comfortable and at the price per night, should not have been needed. The good news was the hotel did a great job on breakfast. Plenty of fresh fruit and hot breakfast items plus omelets made when ordered.

Love the indoor pool, great breakfast choices.

The bed was way too soft making back pains. The older gentleman staff at the bar was not very friendly.
