Excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location - walkable to all the sights in the French Quarter. I loved that it was quiet and roomy. The room was large and we had plenty of space to move around. The beds were comfy. NOLA was under a boil water advisory, so there was no coffee in the lobby for 2 of the days - there was a great coffee shop around the corner that was boiling their water - we were so thankful it was close. The front desk person was so sweet. We loved our stay and if we are ever back in NOLA, we will stay there. Oh - and it is only 4 blocks from a street car stop on Canal St. You will not regret a stay there!

There is no view. Our window had the "frost" type of windows so you couldn't see out at all. I think this is because there is a brick building right behind this hotel. Honestly, we were disappointed at first, but it really was no big deal and sunlight came in fine. I would stay at this hotel again, regardless of that. One other thing - the restaurant/bar in the lobby was not open. We were told it will open in April. It wasn't a big deal, but we would have had drinks there had it been open.

Bruyant!! Jusqu’à 3h du matin côté rue c’est musique à fond, disputes dans la rue. Fenêtre pas en double vitrage et pas propre du tout. Petit déjeuner très répétitif et peu varié. La machine à café de la chambre n’avait pas l’embout pour permettre l’insertion de la capsule donc inutilisable. Table de nuit poussiéreuse.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Common areas were well maintained and nicely furnished.

Beautiful bar area sitting empty. Would be a nice feature.
