Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown French Quarter Area

The property and presentation was great I loved the staff and also the room was very comfortable staff was easy accessible we had no problems.

The only con for me was due to me being new to the area and not really use to the way the streets are so it took me a second to locate the hotel and then finding parking to actually go inside the hotel was a little difficult but nonetheless it was amazing.

Everything was great

It was clean and breakfast was delicious. However, they didn’t offer scrambled eggs 🤨

The first day the maid didn’t clean our room. We had to ask and complain about it.

All of the staff had excellent customer service.

Muy bien ubicado, cama muy cómoda, habitación espaciosa, limpieza de la habitación a diario. El desayuno estaba bien.

Podrían variar un poco los platos calientes del desayuno, siempre hay lo mismo. No está incluido y ya que pagas deberían cuidar más esto.

Good location within easy walking distance of the French quarter, breakfast was adequate but disappointed that the cutlery was plastic, did not expect this for this grade of hotel. Main disappointment was not having our room cleaned when we had put the notice on the door early in the morning
