Location

Updated but not upgraded. Day one after check in I had to be moved four times because of inadequacies (nonworking things). Aesthetically changed in some ways—but overall outdated. The Hilton affiliation is just that, a name affiliation.

"This hotel has lost its Spark."

Room was very clean.

The air handler in the room was noisy and controls didn't work. No water pressure to take a shower. This was bad. Breakfast was poor and coffee was always cold. Checked out early. The hotel staff didn't care to give me a discount on the room.
