Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel

I liked that the facility was close to Roger place so we didn’t have to venture far to watch the Oilers play. The stuff we’re extremely friendly and helpful and our room was cozy

I didn’t like the amount of homeless people that hang out in front and one was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. And having to pay close to $80 for parking was a bit much. Also a side note perhaps have the cleaning staff check when things are empty and refill. My daughter took a shower to find out there’s no body wash was frustrating

Bathroom not properly clean

The location was really convenient, close to the Cinema and many eateries. We paid $25 for a room upgrade, which is comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff are very helpful and responsive to our requests.

The interior of the room is dated even though it didn't affect our stay there. We did used the hot tub but it was not very clean, the pool/ hot tub area are not very well maintained.

I booked for the location. Walking access to the whole downtown area.

Room was cluttered with furniture. I moved one piece so there was more floor space.

Les jeunes employés qui nous ont accueillis ou renseignés à l'accueil n'étaient pas des plus à l'écoute et prêts à aider. Pourtant vous avez une majorité de touristes qui ont besoin d'information. La jeune femme qui travaillait le matin était très plaisante et heureuse d'aider. Parking difficile à trouver
