Amazing breakfast, view and staff

Location: The hotel is located in a rather deserted area. This suited my needs, as I was attending a nearby conference, but it is not an ideal location for those wanting to be in a livelier part of the city. The tram stop to the city center is right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.

Excellent breakfast with sweet and savory options (just missing avocados and some raw vegetables). The room was spatious and comfy, silent, facilities were good, good air conditioning wifi etc. Pool is very nice even if not big, especially during the week when it was very quiet (in June). The hotel hall looks very fancy, and has a table football.

THE GYM!! it is ridiculously small, with just 3 cardio machines and few 3kg dumbells. Totally useless. The bar at the pool was closed during the week. The hotel location, there is literally nothing around, just some other hotels and the convention center. It is just good if you attend an event there, otherwise would never stay so far from the center (the tram was really unreliable and the uber/cab would take at least 20mins to arrive for pick up).

The breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant was also nice (although rarely open), the room and bed were comfortable. I liked the location close to the conference center, but note that it is not ideal for visiting the touristic areas of Bordeaux.

The maintenance and cleaning were way below standard, especially for a fairly expensive 4-star hotel. 2 out of 3 elevators didn't work (and one evening even the last elevator broke), the room smelled like toilets throughout my stay, the pool was filthy and seemed like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. It was such a shame, because with proper maintenance this hotel could have provided a very good experience.

L'accès à la piscine par plusieurs groupes de jeunes qui ne résident pas a l'hôtel (supplément fumée puf autour de la piscine alors que c'est interdit). Aucune intervention du staff. Idem au petit déjeuner ou le manager n'a pas voulu intervenir auprès d'un homme qui hurlait en visio dans tout l'espace, c'est une serveuse qui a du s'en occuper après plusieurs plaintes. Pas de snack autour de la piscine Vue de la suite sur un toit avec les ventilations de l'hôtel et. (Dommage alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet) Wc endommagés sales de la piscine 3 serviettes pour 4 personnes dans la chambre 2 Ascenseurs HS sur 3..
