The location was good

The bed was horribly hard, the indoor pool the chlorine was horrible we all got sick in there many people did and complained Couldn't breathe and burned our eyes Bed bugs

The price was fair for the stay, and the location was convenient for what we needed. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made the trip smoother overall.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. The Wi-Fi did not work the first day, and when I reported the error message at the front desk, I was told no one else had complained and that the issue might be with my phone. Later I learned other guests were experiencing the same problem, and it wasn’t resolved until the next day. I also had repeated trouble with my key card not working each time I returned to the hotel on two separate days. On the third night, when my card failed again, I was asked at the desk whether I was even still a guest there, despite having a confirmed three-night stay, which felt unprofessional. Sleep was difficult because bright hallway light came through the gap under the door and parking lot lights came through the curtains, making the room feel bright all night. The indoor pool area also left the first-floor hallway wet and slippery at times. Finally, the bed was very firm with a thin comforter, and the bathroom felt somewhat worn and shabby.

OR THE REMAINDER THEY OWED ME. S0 BEWARE AND USE BOOKING.COM TO BOOK UR HOTEL INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY WITH THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL LOCATION.. THE PROPERTy WAS CLEAN BREAKFAST WAS MEDIOCRE. PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL I WAS ALREADY CHARGED BY HOTEL N I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE MANAGER ON PHONE WAS YELLING AT ME N WHEN I GOT TO HOTEL THE MANAGER WASNT AVAIL TILL MONDAY MORNING N I LEFT WITH DISGUST N AGGRIVATED AS ALL MY MONEY WAS TIED UP IN FALSE CHARGE BY THE HOTEL..SMH THK YOU BOOKING.COM FOR STAYING ON TOP OF THIS SCAM.. AND TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK..

It was clean n thr night desk.guy was some what helpful. The Main Manager/owner was Rude over the phone n yelled at me several times when I mentioned he over charged me when I paid through booking .com.

The breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner made noises all night, there was a flood light that shone inside our windows all night. The curtains didn't block it, so we didn't get any sleep. Noisy guests running in the halls, slamming doors all night.
