Location is nice, friendly staff, breakfast is good.

Last visit, we stayed on the bottom floor and it was excellent. This visit we stayed upstairs and our room was not clean. There was hair in the sink and the shower when we first arrived. The shower had dirty footprints inside it. The floors were gross. The beds were hard as a rock. I’ve never left a bad review on this app but I was disappointed because our last stay at the same exact place was totally different in another room area months prior.

"I won't be staying at Best Western hotels anymore - this was my third try and it was a miss again."

Good location -close to many shops and restaurants. Staff was respectful enough at check in.

The thing I was most unhappy with was the bathroom - it was terribly old and outdated looking. The shower rod and the toilet paper rod were loose - paint was chipping, and the tub was stained and dirty looking. The bed was just okay for comfort -not as good as other hotels on my trip.
