Rooms outdated, beds uncomfortable, changed rooms 3x due to mattress issues (you can really feel the springs on all of them). Breakfast has a good selection but lacking flavor. Customer service is excellent though.

Rain and Ron at the front desk was expedient when checking in our group of 16 people. This is my 3rd time staying here within a year. Whenever I visit Makati I stay here due to the location and excellent service. Everyone is super helpful and attentive.
