En la habitacion el servicio de aire acondicionado expedia en ocasiones un olor algo acido por la noche pero que despues se disipaba, asimismo en la bañera el boton para el bloqueo de la tina no sirve sino no lo acomoda de manera manual

En el check in me dejaron 2 horas esperando sin darme acceso que la reservación no la tenían reflejada en la pantalla, pero yo le mostré el comprobante de registro y de pago y aún así no me permitieron el acceso tuve que regresarme a mí vehículo con mis maletas, Muy mal servicio
