Me encantó que las albercas fueran climatizadas y que hubiera agua calentita siempre, también nos gusto mucho la atención. El lugar en general es muy bonito.

Si llevas carro grande como en nuestro caso camioneta, no hay forma de que te estaciones dentro, tuvimos que dejar la camioneta afuera

El tiempo de prendido de la caldera fue insuficiente y no eso hizo que el agua estuviera fría

La alberca es compartida y puede haber mucha gente en una estancia tan pequeña. Solo nos dieron 3 toallas

The separate sleeping levels were nice. The facility was very clean. Hosts (not owner) were very pleasant.

No bathroom on top sleeping level. Lights/outlets didn't work in one sleeping area and stairways. Pool was (still) not useable which was disappointing as it was heavily advertised. Dogs bark late/roosters early. Location is too far (and no streetlights) to walk to dinner opportunities. No view of the lake.

Location is convenient if you have a car and it was a quiet neighborhood.

The pool was not full with enough water for an adult to swim. It was not even waist deep on me. The water in the pool was also very dirty with lots of bugs and leaves floating in it. The bottom of the pool was slimy and gross. I asked the host to clean the pool when we arrived and they said they would - but they did not. Only when I called Booking.com and tried to cancel the reservation did they return and somewhat clean the pool. There were 3 hot tubs outside. One was totally empty and the other two were not completely full of water. The water in them was dirty and they never cleaned these. The second bedroom is not separated from the main bedroom so do not expect any privacy. You can hear everything from the other room which is right above the main bedroom. The beds are hard and not comfortable. There is only one shower in the bathroom connected to the main bedroom. The shower head is so low that I could not use it, I'm 183 cm tall. My friend went to use the shower and the hot water was not working. The host had to come and fix something for it to work. The water got too hot very fast and my friend was burned on her leg. A very disappointing experience as we booked this place to enjoy the afternoon in the pool and it was not usable. Neither were the jacuzzis. Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else.
