The rooms look gross, with bad lightning, and bathrooms that need remodeling. The front office is the only thing that looks alright. Also the smell in the room was not great.

Had no choice but to stay to night1, cancelled the other 2. Woke to find shower/sink area loaded with roaches. The shower/tub/surround was disgusting, looked like a 6 yr old did the caulking, which is to say that I'm sure the ceiling on the unit below showed significant signs of the leaking. Shower head connection leaked so badly it was spraying everywhere but shower. Graffiti on wall in closet. Entry door seal so bad that cold air (40 deg that night) and light flowed in & bugs or mice could easily pass. Since I left at 4 am to go to speedway I called in morning to complain and the person(Duane) couldn't have been more disinterested - as later evidenced when I showed next evening to see about another room the desk attendant (Bill) said there were no notes about my call. He also showed little regard for the situation but did offer another room, which was in equally poor condition was a connecting room minus the door handle (likely broken off, not intentionally removed). I declined. If this was Bobs motel on broadway where rent by the hour was the usual trade I could at least comprehend the condition, but it wasn't - and I couldn't. I also suspect that many of the rooms are likely being rented on week to week basis to those who may not be in position to come up with F/L/S. My recommendation is to stay very far away from this establishment.

This place is not suitable for anyone. I wouldn't stay for free. The only good thing was the receptionist that tried to help us as much as he could, however there wasn't much to be done. We stayed tree hours just waiting to get reimbursed by Expedia. As soon as we got the reimbursement we left.

Noisy, looked like black mold in bathroom and along the ceiling in room

AWFUL! Property in terrible disrepair. Do not stay there!

Mold in bathroom, spray painted tub, rust on every metal surface and absolute terrible smell not to mention people hanging around .. Choice hotels needs to close this dump
