We stayed here on our way to new mexico. Got in around 11pm for a quick sleep to get back on the road again.

The property is older and worn. However, it was clean and well maintained. Well worth the money. The breakfast could have had more variety.

I would give it negative 5 stars if I could . I was totally mislead by the earlier reviews saying this property was clean . We were on a road trip to Aspen and booked this hotel for a nights stay since it was on the way . Trusting the reviews we booked this on Expedia for $135 and the moment we drove into the parking lot we realized the mistake . I was with my family and did not feel one bit safe. You can see from one of the photos with the steel door . The hotel is run down. The bed sheets were stained and so were the pillows. Dead roaches lying on the floor . I have attached few photos to give you all an idea . To get an idea of how dirty the hotel is I have uploaded a picture of the chair . The shower height is so short that my son had to duck to be able to take shower. I chose not to take shower . I felt terrible that after paying so much money this hotel was a rip off . For $40 a night this may be worth it . We did not even bother to use the free breakfast which I noticed had a few stale bread and muffins. The only good thing was the last at the front desk was nice and courteous . I am sure that poor lady is underpaid and overworked because she checked us in from the side window when we got there around 10.45PM and was still there when we checked out around 9AM . If you are on a road trip and need a nice decent place to stay and you are paying the amount of money that we paid you will find many options in Witchita Falls . Never will stay in any OYO hotel ever.

Checking in was not good, yes we did pull in quite late but host didn’t seem very friendly. The room was clean, there were a few bugs roaming around and bed was for the most part comfortable.

Bed was comfortable, couldn’t call cereal and 2 pieces of bread “breakfast included”. Price was right, got what we expected.

The lady at the front desk was great! We needed a ground floor room since we can’t go up and down stairs easily, she upgraded our room with little up charge. This hotel in particular has a lot of working men staying there, so if you’re a single woman, bear that in mind, but we didn’t have any problems.

Large room, convenient parking, adequate amenities. Breakfast wasnt very good, limited items. Overall, We would stay there again.
