One great receptionist Mr.Shadi who was very helpful

The house keeping was really so bad the room service was very disrespectful and the management was really bad they really ruined my vacation I don't understand how the have the ibis name when absolutely nothing Mets the basic standards for anything

This place should not be called a hotel. The reception staff were slow, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested. Room service was just as bad—late, careless, and not worth ordering. The room itself was dirty, the bed uncomfortable,. The bathroom was worse than public restrooms, and the breakfast was cold and disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again—even if it were free.

رائحة مجاري في دورة المياه اعزكم الله وشعر طويل في كل مكان ولون احمر على واحده من المناشف كنت مضطر للاقامه لأنني جاي من سفر وكنت مرهق لدرجة انني نمت اول ماحطيت ظهري على السرير بالاضافة الى الغرفه ضيقه جدا جدا ماتستاهل المبلغ اللي دفعته فيها

انصدمت في حجم الغرفه صغيره صغيره مررررة ماقدرت امشي الا ع جنب حاولت اغير الغرفه او اسوي اي قريد وقلت هدف الفرق الموظفه قالت كل الغرف كذا🙂🙂🙂🤦🏻‍♂️
