The worst experience I have ever had. The hotel is ran down inside on out. The stairs were rusty and smelled of human urine and feces. The first room I was given had a hole where the smoke detector was suppose to be. Hair was in the dirty grimmy bathtub. Stained sheets and pillow cases. Mice wholes everywhere. Filthy floors. Second room looks a little better but it's worst, there are roaches every where. Tired to be moved to another hotel, but was told that a third room was offered so the customer service agent could not transfer my booking ends where or refund my money. Third room there was not a surface the roaches were not on. I stayed in my car.

Unfortunately, this is a pretty sketchy place. When we arrived, the manager was on the phone arguing with the police about kicking someone off the property and didn't pause the conversation to help us check in. The room had suspicious stains. We got locked out of our room on the second day. I may have seen someone stealing a TV from another room. I did not feel comfortable or safe.

The property isn’t well taken care of. The bed was falling apart. There were holes in the bathroom door and tub. Roaches in the room and bathroom. The set in the bed area was cut up. I took pictures to show

The room was atrocious. Bugs everywhere I spent most of the night stomping roaches . I ultimately slept in a chair

This property was completely unacceptable. There were roaches and other bugs. Lights were out and the floor was sticky. This property was so horrible we had to leave and were unable to stay. Expedia and the property were unable to help resolve the situation in any way, and provided horrible service. Will not be using either Expedia or this property again.

this place only had a bed and one very small night stand. walls were dirty. entry door beat up and looks like muliple attempts of someone trying to break in. stuff on walls. homeless people going in and out of building next door. sign at front desk saying if you feel unsafe call or text police at this number. still got charged even though we left 10 min. after we arrived. i am also not happy with orbitz for having a hotel marked 3.1 stars when it looked more like a hotel you rent by the hour. will not be using orbitz again.

There was a mouse and they gave me $20.00 credit when I wanted to check out because I refused another room.

Got to the property and the front desk staff asked what we had reserved. She gave us a room With one double bed, we were to get 2 double beds. The room had dirty sheets, multiple house flies flying around, vomit on the wall and sticky floors. The bathroom had rust in the bath tub, and floor was not cleaned. My partner went down stairs to ask about the room and bed status, and he was told “that’s what we got”. We left the key and theft the property. Never have I ever had this type of experience. The picture on Expedia is NOTHING like the room in person. The front desk staff was polite but the place was disgusting.

We took a look at the room and didn’t even stay in it. Hair in tub. Dirt/brown marks on walls. The room had not been cleaned and I didn’t trust sleeping there. The hotel itself is in a run down area and seems like it is not the safest.
