Breakfast is really very good, with great attention for allergies.

The bed had a sagging spring mattress; to sleep, I had to ask for two duvets to put on top to make it less painful. Upon arrival, we booked a takeout breakfast for our last morning, as we had to catch a flight. On the morning of our departure, they told us they'd made a mistake and it wasn't ready; they only took two sandwiches from other bags and gave them to us. I'm lactose-free, so I couldn't take advantage of it. Upon returning, I asked for a refund for the missed breakfast, and the hotel didn't even bother to respond to my email. The bathroom wss tiny, and there's only a shower curtain. There's no room to put anything. The air conditioning didn't work; it was hot, and we had to sleep with the window open, with a lot of noise from the street. The quality/price ratio is definitely too high for the service offered.

Vi skulle på ett evenemang på Stadion, så läget var mycket bra för oss. Rummet var rent och frukosten var bra.

Varmt på rummet, kunde inte öppna fönstret.

Bardzo smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadanie, nawet przy bardzo wczesnym wymeldowaniu dostałam śniadanie na wynos. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny podczas pobytu.

Proces otrzymania faktury był bardzo długi i nie rozumiem z czego to wynikało. Raczej często osoby rezerwują hotel przez Booking i potrzebują faktury potem, a tu hotel nie chciał na początku wystawić faktury, bo była to rezerwacja opłacona poprzez Booking. Końcowo otrzymałam dokument, ale dopiero po interwencji obsługi klienta Booking.

Beautifull hotel. Very good breakfast. Quite good location. Near public transports. Freindly staff

Hote car park was quite expensive but it seems that it is everywhere in Stockholm
