PACE HOTEL Suzhou Guanqian Branch

Stayed for 1 night. Hotel was nicely decorated and had all the necessities for a short stay. Good location near to line 4 & 1 metro, only a few minutes walk, and is easy to use to get to some of the main attractions in Gusu district. Would definitely recommend for those wanting convince to explore the district.

The location is very central, which makes it easy to reach main attractions and public transport. The availability of a free laundry service was a great convenience during our stay. Staff were friendly and generally helpful throughout our visit.

The hotel was very noisy, both from outside traffic and from within the building — we had to use earplugs to get some sleep. There was a persistent smell of smoke in both the rooms and the reception area, which was unpleasant. In the evenings, the water was only lukewarm, making showers uncomfortable. Cleanliness was lacking, and the bathroom amenities were not enough for two people. Some of the towels were even torn or had holes in them.

Nice stuff, simple design

Everything is good except there is no good eating choices nearby, especially breakfast.
