Rooms were good size and location and food

The gym is to hot all the aircons are at 25 degrees constantly I was turning them down.After a few days I was under the impression most of the aircons in the gym wasn't working .Also as other jumeriah, they don't give any fresh fruit pieces for refreshments or cold towels I would say far off from all the Dubai jumeriah hotels

I liked everything about the property the bed was very comfortable the room was very clean we stayed in 3 bedroom apartment the size was spacious. We have been served with two different types of Chinese tea daily! so so yummy! everything was perfect and I’m definitely coming back.

I wish there was a lobby. I had to go to Jumeirah hotel everyday for the lobby.

All good especially the staff.Special thanks to Hans who is very very helpful in helping us to solve our flight thingy from GZ to PK Everywhere felt luxury All facilities are working perfectly

big rooms. great location, didnt get to try the breakfast due to jetleg. but plenty of choices nearby. although busy outside, but room is quiet. very nice swimming pool, great for children. will visit again. room service had the best noodles.

The internet was very very week ,the location far from the commercial wholesale center ,mobile signal is too weak and most of the time is not available i have to leave my room to get the signal on 18th floor,limited English TV channels

The location of the property is excellent, and every amenities you can think of, the convenient store, drugstore, supermarket, bars, restaurants, are a short walking distance away. This probably justifies that premium rates for the property. Some of the best restaurants in Guangzhou are located less than 500m away.

Bed was a little stiff, but according to the locals, they like their beds hard. They could have installed electronic bidet which is common in hotels in China, and likely they would when they renovate the place. The cleanliness could be improved but it nothing that we cannot wipe or clean ourselves. Then again, this does not mean the place was filthy. Just that for a premium property certain expectations are there.
