Staff were nice , pool area

Everything else. Room smelled like mould as soon as I walked in, there was dark black mould all over the walls and ceiling with visable leak spots. And not just small spots , the ceiling and walls were black. No hot or even warm water in shower and sink. My bed sheets and stained , it looked like a blood stain on one of the pillows. Ants everywhere. Location was very bad, 15 min grab to get to anywhere busy. AVOID, DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS.

The smell of the bedroom was terrible as well as some mould stains in the roof.

It was really dirty and not comfortable the stuff had no idea that we are coming…no toilet paper in the room.

I don't like leaving a bad review, but I have to. I booked 5 days at this place. As soon as I arrived, the room didn't look at all like the photos. It was extremely dirty and unsanitary. The bed was made, but the room wasn't cleaned. There was a constant smell of mold. It was unbearable. Even with the air conditioning running, the smell persisted. As for the bathrooms. Of course, there was no toilet paper. So I decided to leave immediately. I didn't cancel, of course. But I still tried contacting Booking.com and the hotel, and to date, no response. Avoid, the location isn't even interesting.

The property is old, no one take care of it and is really dirty. Sheets and pillows with mold

Broken AC unit. Mould on walls. Spider webs. Stained and dirty bathroom walls. Water ran out couldn’t shower or use taps. Stained bed sheets. Windows next to the door couldn’t lock. Hole duck taped in the bathroom. Bathroom had a horrible smell. Bugs on the floor.
