I like this hotel and stay there regularly. But it has its quirks - one of which is that I always have to call to have my internet username and password reset after I check in. Surely an easy quirk that the hotel could sort?

NO FREE WIFI is crazy for such a nice hotel. This is a Hilton thing and is such a scam. Also, the pool and spa facilities are very hard to find with very few signs leading the way.
