I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. While the property itself had some issues—what truly stood out was the professionalism and empathy of the staff. The general manager was incredibly understanding and took my concerns seriously, and the front desk team was consistently helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Because of their responsiveness and professionalism, I’m open to giving the hotel another chance in the future. I appreciate the effort made to address the situation and hope future visits reflect the same level of care. Thank you!
