Ottima insonorizzazione esterna, internamente invece si sente tutto e le camere sono tutte adiacenti la sala colazioni ed entrata. Ottima posizione in pieno centro pedonale. Possibilità di usare lavatrice previa richiesta al proprietario. Gestore molto disponibile.

Camera a prezzo fisso sia x 1 che x 2 ospiti. I viaggiatori singoli sono un pò penalizzati. Colazione spartana, anche se hanno tenuto conto dslle mie intolleranze. Eviterei di esporre il pane toast ed aggiungerei affettati, formaggi e succo. Camera pulita solo il 1 giorno e poi x 5 giorni più nulla, nè asciugamani cambiati se non su esplicita richiesta.

El emplazamiento es de 10 y el trato con el personal es muy cercano y amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien.

It was a short walk to Via Roma where we caught all the buses. Staff was friendly and offered help with every question we had.

The fridge was tiny and didn't cool things. The bedroom was actually two separate beds connected and it was uncomfortable to sleep sometimes as they kept separating.

As shown in the pictures. Staff is very helpful. The place is secured quite well. Location close to a lot of restaurants, bars and shops as well as historical sites.

No soundproof for some reason.

Room is spacious, location is very central (walk to almost all major attractions; take the 101 bus to the central station), and a generous breakfast spread (yogurt, coffee, pastries, bread, cheese, tomatoes, fruit, and eggs) was provided. Most importantly, though, staff members Gabriele and Fabrizio are very warm and inviting! Gabriele made excellent coffee for me every morning and helped me my luggage up and down the building staircase.

Some ambient noise from the street, but it did not affect my sleep quality.

Great location in the middle of all the activity. Lots of restaurants close. Welcoming and friendly host. Breakfast was good with variety of options.
