The girl who works there is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location of the hostel is great too.

The bed, mattress, chair, table and wardrobe were quite old and not functioning properly. The bedsheets were very old and had stains on it. The windows face the street, so it was very noisy and almost impossible to sleep. In the bathroom, there was only one power socket, which didn’t work.

Staff member unprofessional. Don't speak Croatian don't know how to say Dobar Dan or Hello. Guy was checking in and after 2h asking me what was my room do I suppose to be in hostel, watching and stalking. Staff members volunteer in hostel and sleeping in same room like guest. Proper training for customer service,staff member stressed. Hostel need renovation.

The location was excellent, close to everything I needed and easy to access. The price offered very good value for the quality of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I also appreciated the presence of a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay more comfortable and convenient.

Even though the staff were attentive about cleaning, there was unfortunately a persistent bad smell in the evening. Another issue was the shower, which had transparent areas that made it less comfortable to use. Other than that, the hostel is good overall. If you plan to stay longer, it’s better to ask in advance about the cleaning service.
