"Struttura accettabile ma in posizione ottimale per visitare il centro storico di Catania"

La posizione, la finestra era su piazza duomo. Inoltre era presente un piccolo frigo con acqua.

Il bagno era piccolo, lavabo piccolissimo e c’erano formiche.

Emplacement au top

A fuir!!! Service d'accueil désorganisé et non arrangeant : mensonge sur l'heure arrangée pour le check in (il avait accepté de nous recevoir avant, et jusqu'à ce que l'on soit en face de la porte de l'adresse, il nous a dit que la chambre ne serait pas prête et que l'on devrait attendre 2h de plus, dehors avec nos bagages) + ne s'excuse pas + ne trouve pas de solution immediate pour le lavabo bouché de la salle de bain (remontées d'eau avec saletés) + aucune communication en amont sur le système de tickets pour le breakfast. La chasse d'eau des WC a coulé pendant tout notre séjour, alors que dans la salle de bain il y a un affichage précisant l'importance de réduire notre impact sur l'environnement en économisant l'eau, l'utilisation des serviettes... Enfin la dernière nuit a été un enfer : vers 00h30 des clients se sont mis a discuter et parler super fort dans le couloir commun pendant 20minutes, occasionant un bruit du diable et prouvant la mauvaise isolation sonore des chambres car nous avons été réveillés brutalement!
