La ubicación es excelente para hacer turismo caminando a la calle principal de Kyoto, se tienen varias opciones de transporte publico muy cerca con buenas conecciones, el personal muy amable en especial Sou, tienen desayuno variado una combinación de japones con western tienes un family mart enfrente de hotel el cuarto del tamaño justo para una persona y una maleta mediana. Ya hice mi reserva para mi próximo viaje.

I checked with the hotel that daily cleaning was included but they only remade the bed and supplied the towels and emptied the trash. They didn't vacuum the floor during my entire stay and didn't drain the sink either. I struggled with a bad allergy for my entire stay in kyoto.

Very clean and the bed’s quite comfy. I had a good sleep while at their hotel. Location is good. The staff are quite lovely as well.

Location to the river and restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful and diligent in their tasks. Breakfast was amazing, it catered for all people’s tastes and was very healthy food. Boiled eggs were freely available and a good salad selection. And the price was very reasonable.

At times the young ladies at reception had difficulty in understanding English and maybe an incentive to learn the basics of the language would be a bonus.
