"Not great"

Door staff were very nice

Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures online. The bed linen was like newspaper, so rough and really horrible to sleep in. It was also stained. Even though it was cheap wouldn’t stay again not even for one night.

"Well, if you absolutely have to..."

6.0

The price was right. It was relatively clean, for the Philippines. There is a nice Sinigag Station up, around the corner. If I was to need to stay in this neighborhood again, I would consider this place.

Bad neighborhood at night... but 90% of Cebu City is that way... people get desperate when they are living in abject, grinding poverty. The government is corrupt.
