Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr höflich und hat uns geduldig gute Hinweise bezüglich Fahrt zur Barclays Arena gegeben und auch alle anderen Fragen kompetent und freundlich beantwortet. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar hatte nach Ende des Konzertes viel zu tun. Hat dies aber mit einer Ruhe und Freundlichkeit gemeistert. Daumen hoch für beide Mitarbeiter des Hotels

Die Hellhörigkeit, laute Geräusche, wenn Gäste in ihre Zimmer kamen. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und jedes Umdrehen hat Geräusche verursacht.

Beliggenhed, det ligger ud til 3 sporet hovedvej. Ingen restaurant Kaffe måtte vi købe på tankstationen

Wir haben das Hotel auf Grund seiner Nähe zum Volksparkstadion und zur Barclays Arena (40 Minuten Laufweg, 2,8km) gewählt, schräg gegenüber ist eine Aral und ein Lidl. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Frühstück ist gut und wird auch bis zum Schluss gut aufgefüllt, sodass man zu jederzeit alles genießen kann.

Zimmer sind total klein. Das Zimmer mit dem Bett und Schreibtisch macht es selbst für 2 Leute schwierig sich im Zimmer zu bewegen, es muss immer einer auf dem Bett oder dem Eingangsbereich ausweichen um den anderen durchzulassen. Es ist zwar ein Schrank vorhanden aber der ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Das Bad ist eine totale Fehlkonstruktion. Die Tür geht zwar ganz auf, aber der Abstand zur Toilette (direkt gegenüber von der Türöffnung) ist so gering (ca. 20cm), dass man erst zum Waschbecken hingehen und von dort die Tür schließen muss. Erst dann kann man sich auf die Toilette setzen. Es befindet sich eine Minibadewannenduschkombi auf der rechten Seite des Bades. Man muss sehr hoch einsteigen um duschen zu können.

- Preis mit 94 Euro/Nacht für ein DZ okay - Parkplätze am Haus (12 Euro/Tag)

- Zimmer sehr klein - Doppelbett extrem schmal - eine Bettseite ohne Nachttisch - Steckdosen teils ohne Funktion - Silberfisch im Bett - Wir wurden vom Parkplatz wieder runtergeschickt, weil offenbar alle Parkplätze schon "reserviert" waren. - Das Personal hat Kritik nicht ernst genommen und relativiert.
