Everything runs smoothly! Exceedingly clean and very welcoming. Alfonso the concierge is outstanding! I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Everytime I stay it's a true joy and I feel valued as a repeat guest.

"Old room and smelly."

Location

Room far from lobby, old carpet, bad smell. Even arriving at 6 pm the room was not ready and asked to move to the tower but said no.
