Great welcome. Fabulous location. A working lift! Comfortable family room with good facilities. Breakfast was superb. All staff really friendly and helpful. The evening bar was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting in the veranda

Great location and fitted the bill for our one night stay at the end of our challenge day. Good breakfast.

Didn't really affect us, but decor and feel of the place is old school seaside resort. Coffee at breakfast wasn't the best but good value overall.

Excellent hotel 2 mins from the beach 2 mins from the town breakfast in hotel was excellent plentiful Reception staff very helpful we have now re booked it for September i would recommend it to anyone

Breakfast was OK signage would help where to go and explain where things were at Breakfast location was good

The hotel needs a lot of refurbishment. Bedrooms need modernising as are outdated, odor in bathroom would not go away, bathroom needs shelves to pit stuff on. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, bed protectors had not been changed. Outside the hotel needs a clean up.
