White Heather Hotel

The location was fabulous, not far from the promenade and pier, the price was also great £85 for the two of us including breakfast is great value, the staff if a little jobsworth were friendly.

The room was small and no air conditioning just a desk fan, the bathroom was tiny and two small sachets of shampoo and shower gel but no handsoap for washing hands which should be a must for any hotel, the shower trickled water out so slowly it took ages to have a shower and the window was glued shut, the breakfast was nice for my wife but for me, the sausages weren't fully cooked, the bacon was only cooked on one side, the hash browns were cheap and tasteless, the beans were lukewarm, the fried bread was delicious though, glad we tried here but won't be back again.

Hotel needs renovation, but seems like they have started to do this , needs some flowers and things outside front of hotel to give it a more pleasant appearance 👍

Friendly staff helpful couldn't do enough to help rooms were clean and comfortable good variety at breakfast always stop here when come to Llandudno central for beach and shops

No issues

The room was clean which is a big plus. It was a little dated and the bathroon was very cramped. The member of staff we checked in with was really friendly and nice. Staff in breakfast area didn't really speak so can't comment on them. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Would have been better if a little more modernised.

The room was very dated in decor and the bathroom was tiny so shower felt a bit claustrophobic, some people might struggle to negotiate it. View from our window not the best.

The location was perfect. Five minute walk to the beach. The room was a little small, but very comfortable. Breakfast included in the price was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room size, also the mattress was quite hard.
