"LOTS OF PEST! LOCATION IS ALSO INCORRECT. VERY MISLEADING."

Location on booking.com is wrong. It was way out of map, our driver had a difficult time locating. Ended up we use google map. Reached there and realised that it was so poorly maintained. There were more than 20 small cockroaches in the room! It was mouldy and really horrible!!!! We wanted to change room but counter said there isnt any more rooms. Refund is subjected to booking.com. Taking into consideration its near 11pm, we had no choice but to stay overnight. Until 2am I was still killing cockroaches!!!! Its insane. The next morning we heard others complaining and stating they didnt dare to sleep for the same reason. We all checked out that morning.

"Scammed, don't book this hotel"

Nothing at all.

Photos on booking.com are heaven and hell when compared to the real thing. Room and place are super dirty, towels are dark/black looking soiled. Aircon is smelly and not really working properly. My family and I basically booked another hotel and checked out immediately when we saw the rooms and after 1 hour of contemplation, gave up on this place without even asking for refunds for the 5 rooms booked. Location on booking.com app is very different with location in actuality, pretty far off. Don't be duped.
