"It was the most horrible hotel experience of my 73 years!"

Our room situation was so horrible that we left at 2 am, so no breakfast!

You charged us extra for a pet room, which was located next to the mechanical room. A serviceman was banging and working on the facilities next to our room. It was inordinately bad. I approached the night manager with my concerns, and demanded a refund. He said that I’d have to take this up with the manager. Let me tell you something. I built and ran the number one -Trip Advisor- Eco resort in Panama and all of Central America. I know hotel ownership, customer service and the industry to the highest order. I will continue this discussion on Trip Advisor.

Staff was great 24 seven coffee was great. Workout facility was fine traveling from the East Coast so I would’ve liked to have better options for breakfast earlier, but that’s to be expected.

Room was very nice , comfortable, clean,and quiet.

Breakfast wasn’t that great, coffee machines, only one worked other one didn’t….. numerous people waiting. Food was blah…..
