It’s convenient to businesses.

Bed was comfortable room was clean now the roof in the bathroom look brown stains but the tub was clean

Rooms are in need of a little TLC. Staff waz friendly and helpful. Ice machine didn't work and a chemical smell was in the hallway.

I felt safe and comfortable. The stay was superb.

Room was a little smaller than I expected especially with two little ones. Also the elevator is really slow. But it was nice having one. So it wasn't to bad. Pool was great. Staff was amazing. We had a good time ,

The room I stayed in had holes in the wall the shower head wasn’t loose there wasn’t a plug in any convenient location

The hotel smelled like cigarettes which they attempted to cover with lavender. The beds only had sheets and no thick blankets. The TV in our room was broken. Also, the air conditioner was spewing water and we woke up with the floor soaked. Additionally there were people sleeping in the lobby when we arrived who they didn’t ask to leave. The “breakfast” was two types or Cereal or toast. The trash outside wasn’t changed all weekend and it smelt like Warm garbage. We almost debated leaving night one but we were just there to sleep a few hours each night. Spend a little more money and go somewhere nicer.

My floor was slippery and bathroom was a little dirty!

Upon arrival, the room I had reserved was unfortunately not up to par in terms of cleanliness. I found hair in the bathtub and sink, and the floor hadn't been properly swept. When I requested a different room, I encountered similar cleanliness issues, which indicated a consistent problem throughout the facility. Evidence of insufficient maintenance was visible with dirt on walls, floors, and surfaces, suggesting a lack of regular cleaning. Moreover, the bed in the second room was poorly made, with sheets and the comforter simply thrown onto the bed. Several amenities were also non-functional, including the microwave, fridge, lamp, and hair dryer. The flooring showed signs of deterioration, there were sporadic holes in the walls, and ceiling fixtures were broken, sagging, and had water damage. A musty odor lingered due to inadequate ventilation. Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the check-in attendant for their prompt and courteous assistance in promptly addressing my concerns and arranging a room change.
