Location was perfect. The size of the apartment was exactly what we wanted.

1. The mattress on the double bed was horrible. It caved in the middle. 2. We had an issue with the water pump. I was not happy that it took 2 days to week . We had to shower out in the pool showers no doors. Yes I got compensated $205.00 aud mind you I paid over $7500.00. As I was not happy with not having water for 2 days I did ask on the first night if they had another apartment available I was told no. I insisted that they find us something after about 3 hours of communication it’s amazing they found another apartment in the same complex just for 1 night. 3. As for cleaning I would rate it 3. As soon as we arrived we had to scrub the showers as there was a build up of dirty on the doors. And as for the toilet I don’t think they have been scrubbed around the rims. They were disgusting.

Apartment location was very convenient and good but it was located on the ground floor where everybody enters lift right next to your door

Generally, the cleanliness of this apartment was not what I expected. The kitchen pots were sticky and stained, the pans were completely burned and unusable for preparing quick breakfasts. The towels were very worn out and smelled musty. In the bathroom, it was impossible to ventilate, mold was forming on the ceiling, and there was a bad smell coming into the room. There was no shelf to put on toiletries, I had to move chair next to the shower to put my clothes on it. The air conditioning was very noisy, and water was constantly overflowing. The apartment description mentions toiletries, but there were none there except for used liquid hand soap. The beds had extremely soft mattresses, and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. The view from the balcony was into a pit full of trash, which led around the old fortress below the apartment complex. They also blocked 350 Euros on our payment card as a deposit, which was very difficult to trace back at the bank. Also, be cautious of additional possible charges after your departure. I don't understand those extra positive reviews at all, but I guess we all have different standards when it comes to cleanliness and comfort.

Location was good, spacious apartment, stable wifi. There were all kitchen appliances necessary to cook food at home and the stove heats up really fast!

Fan in the oven does not work- makes loud sound when turned on. Wifi works good in living room but not in bedrooms. Air conditioning unit does not heat up the room.

Location, could not find it and staff were very confusing and not very helpful also was not informed of the large sum deposit that needed to be paid on the day of arrival.

Location was convenient for all locations and transport.

Maybe a key in the bathroom door.

Very nice and big apartment, kitchen well equiped, place near to ferry and bus stations Transfer from and to the airport

Air conditioning was not working properly so there was very cold in the apartment
