The stay at the Hampton Inn was exceptional. The staff was outstanding with check-in. My husband cannot do stairs, and has a hard time walking, we were given a first floor room, which was close to the entrance. Very appreciated. I will stay at the Hampton Inn again without a doubt.

Taking a shower is important for me, the bathtub was filthy. There’s no getting around it. There’s no excusing it. The bathtub was filthy. I know there are ways of cleaning that would’ve made that tub shine. It’s too bad. You didn’t try to clean it at all, there was a bathtub also.

We got transferred to Court Yard facility because they over booked the Hampton Inn with whom we had reservations. Reservation s made with Bookings.com. We booked the room 60+ days ahead of the scheduled. Court Yard didn’t offer the free breakfast. The drain in the shower left angle water deep aft tacking a shower. Also, it was 4 miles further away from the concert venue that we attended that evening.

the first room smelled horribly of dog. Jared at the front desk was so helpful and quickly moved us to a new room which was so much better. ( i travel with a pet but have never needed to change a room) everyone was so helpful and nice. we were there 5 days and it was a lovely stay. the bathroom could use an extra scrub in the shower but otherwise all good. and they have excellent coffee which we really enjoyed!!
