The guy was super nice, We did not stay after having made the reservation only a few minutes before check in. I selected the no refund option to save a few bucks. Mistake. Rated 7.0 not even close. Do not know what other people see in the place that gave it a decent rating. Only good thing about the place was the guy/owner? that checked us in, he was very disappointed when I returned the key. We found other accommodations nearby.

I booked a regular queen room and the gentleman upgraded us to a king room. The room has some updates and was overall clean and comfortable. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

The room was great, clean & comfortable bed. Bathroom also great. However, there were NO outlets by the bed for the C-PAP, and few elsewhere in the room.

Was not pleased. The desk clerk entered the room ahead of us with a bottle of Febreze that he sprayed all over the room. because we arrived late at night and there are no cancellation options we had to stay. Area was very remote and we did not know where else to go.. I mistakenly booked for two nights instead of one, and when I tried to correct it at the hotel the clerk told me he could not help me so I paid for two nights when I only stayed for one. When we first started our vacation using hotels.com, I was very pleased with it; however, I will no longer use it or recommend it. You rated the hotel as good. It was poor! The carpet in the lobby, if you could call it a lobby area was all squares that were ripped up and piled all over. There was an air conditioner in the lobby that had the cover off of it and rattled all night . Unfortunately, I did not take pictures. We are using other resources as we continue our trip around the country.

Great! Staff was welcoming. Room was great. Checkout was fast and easy.

This is a nice basic hotel , especially if you are just looking for a night time stop while traveling through. Good value for the price. Very basic breakfast, but there is one and a local MD’s is close. It was quiet which I appreciate the most. Also clean.
