Staff at front desk in the evening we were helpful.

I stayed here to take a shuttle to the airport early. The driver never showed up. At 3:15 am I took an Uber because it was an international flight. The woman at the front desk kept saying he was on his way. He was not. Will not stay here again - unreliable. Covering for the driver saying he was on his way when I was in the lobby at 250 am for a 300 am pick up is wrong. There was a military service man also waiting. Don't know what happened with him. Unprofessional.
