for the price is fine, outside area is not the best at least the room is clean.

Worst experiece Ever. Says there is a no cancelation policy. I booked a room on expedia right in the lobby. I walked right to the front desk and they said they dont except chime cards so I went to cancel. They didnt approve expedia to refund. SO basically I paid for cheap disgusting room that I didnt even stay in. Its bull. I was only using the room to do hair in not ven sleep in the covers . then I call back and they are telling me I only get one night return. Never book here. Very ghetto and not catering to guests. Like why not tell the expedia service person that I get one night refunded then. I had to call and do this investigation myself. This is why I hate booking rooms in oakland. They dont make much money so they want to get over and keep money on a room nobody even stepped foot in.

They discontinued the breakfast. Stayed a couple of weeks ago and they had the breakfast. Some repairs were done in the room but of low quality workmanship.

The hotel is very outdated, with ripped carpet in the hallways and rooms where the carpet feels unclean. Upon entering the lobby, there’s a strong smoke smell, making it unpleasant. The rooms are extremely small, and the TV was broken. The overall atmosphere seems more suited to long-term stays rather than being family-friendly. The photos online suggest there are common areas for gathering, such as the lobby, but the smoke smell renders these spaces unusable. Additionally, although breakfast was advertised, nothing was provided.

Dirty corridors and has only one elevator and it smells so bad always, no action taken by maintainence staff even after complaints. Parking is okay. Area outside of the hotel is also dirty and unsafe. Not a good location.

Continental breakfast was included in price, but was told by the lady at the desk that it was “discontinued.” Elevator shakes, squeaks, and rattles when in use, and the buttons only seemed to work a quarter of the time. Weight/fitness room had nothing to wipe weights or machines down with, which is disgusting. There were other guests screaming, yelling, fighting at all hours of the night. Was woken up multiple times.

Very rude staff, very unsafe neighborhood

Great for overnight, but not leisure atmosphere. Breakfast is standard, but not yummy.

Nice and comfortable, but limited staff service during new year.
