I liked the location, the price and the large tub.

There was no staff available when I came to check in. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to check us in. There was not enough towels and the coffee for breakfast was not good at all.

I ordered this room as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Upon arrival they made us pay a $60 hold service. Said we would get $30 back due to taxes. We walked into the room and it was not as advertised. It was a complete different room. The bed sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them fully visible. The lamps had rust all over them, hair in the bathroom sink, yellow stains on the bed. It just seemed thrown together. It was not a pleasant stay we left in the middle of the night. When we were going to bed we discovered all of that nasty all over the bed and it was completely disgusting. I want a refund because that is outrageous.
