Comfort and breakfast

All good

The stay was horrible. The receptionist at my check in charged my card even though I paid in full at booking. She had a horrible attitude when I asked her to correct it. She treated me as if I were irritating her. She lied to me about someone fixing it. After 2 hours, I had to physically stand at the desk before she would get the issue fixed. The room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, blood on the torn sheets, stains everywhere. The refrigerator was broken. I lost money on my meal I placed in there. I didn't even bother reporting it bc the receptionist was having an attitude with another guest that was having problems with his air conditioner. It was awful.

The lobby and staircase and the carpet was very dirty

The staff was very friendly and the area was close to my needs.

First impression was great which was the outside. Once in my room the telephone was just there for appearance because it didn't work so therefore I had to walk down stairs to get assistance. The clock was wrong amd we couldn't change it. My phone fell behind the bed and was I discussed with what I seen after I pull the bed out. Could stand a deep cleaning. Towels and face cloth were dingy I made a trip to the store and purchased my own. The last night.before checking out we had a visit from a rodent(mice) that scared my grand so bad she was ready to pack and leave. Not sure i would recommend staying again until things are up to par. Just saying

This hotel has a second floor and NO Elevator. Limited breakfast selection, more healthy options needed.

Nasty dirty room, restroom, remote control didn't work hair everywhere

The breakfast was dismal. No fruit. No yogurt. Pathetic
