There was absolutely nothing pleasant about this stay. I complained to front desk staff, and it didn't even phase him.

Room was extremely dirty. Bugs on the floor. Was late my daughter/grandson were tired. Just tried to make the best of it since we were just pulling over because of the weather (major rain and lightning). Pillows were crumpled like someone had been laying on them (luckily, I carry my own). Shower was full of hair. Had to rinse it off before we could shower. Walls were filthy with smudges of who knows what, like they hadn't been cleaned ever. There wasn't even a secure lock on the door. Room 101
