To accommodate a family in the guest bedrooms, in some cases a foldaway bed will be used. If you require a cot please ask at the time of booking. Other than in our family rooms extrabeds are charged at £10 per night and cots are charged at £5 per night and are subject to availability. Should you arrive with children that are not part of your booking their meals will be chargeable. Breakfast is free for children aged 5 years and under. Breakfast for children aged 6 - 12 years are charged at GBP 5.00. Children aged 13-17 years are charged at GBP 10.00. Children aged 5 years and under can choose a free two-course dinner with a full paying adult. A children's menu is available for children aged 6 - 12 years old, or they can order from the restaurant menu at GBP 12.50. Children over 13 years are classed as young adults and pay full rate for dinner as taken. Family dining times may apply. Please note that the card used to make the booking has to be present upon arrival" Unfortunately the Leisure Club and Spa including the pool are currently closed due to ongoing structural repair works. A deposit may be required at the property.

"It was a pleasant stay at the hotel"

The breakfast and dinners there where excellent, location was excellent, the waiters and waitresses where very good

When we first went to are room the bin had not been emptied from the previous guests, we told reception about it but it did not get done until the next day

"Young man on the desk needs a medal or a rise in pay. Dissapointing!! alone with incoming visitors"

The building from the outside! The ground floor. Breakfast was plentiful. Close to efficient Tram stops

Only one lift on arrival working. Door card didn’t work from Sat 20th arrival. On 23rd The VERY NICE PATIENT young man on reception called maintenance who had to brake door machine to allow me to get belongings - was moved to floor 3. The cleaner hadn’t been able to get in!! By this time it was 8pm so asked for a soup and a sweet. No charge! No porter to help with cases was given 2 cards and shown where the lift was. Didn’t ask for any favours though aged 88

Location and the building has so much history I felt so lucky to be able to walk in the footsteps of so many famous people at such a bargain will definitely be staying there again when I visit beautiful Blackpool
