Das parcerias , a atendente me indicou um passeio e combinou um preço quando chegou a hora de pagar percebi que um casal q estava do meu lado pagaram 20€ sendo que eu teria que pagar 30€ por eu sozinha. Quando questionei o guia ele foi grosseiro e agressivo , e disse " QUEM NAO TEM DINHEIRO , FICA EM CASA NAO TIRA FÉRIAS", achei de muito mal tom e não voltarei mais a esse hotel e não fecharei mais pacotes com o Booking , achei muito má esta experiência. Obrigada
