There are 2 Superior Rooms adapted for wheelchair access. Please contact the property for further details. • Breakfast may be taken at our restaurant with buffet-plate service, or in your room via Room Service. • Room Service is available from 6:30am to 11:00pm. 7th floor terrace will be accessible with the brasserie menu from 12 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8.15 p.m. (last order). • Our Dantès Skylounge Bar is open from 5:00pm to 1am. Sofitel Spa & hairdresser :• Available by appointment only from Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 8:00pm, and on Sundays from 10:00am to 7:00pm, in order to limit the number of people present within the Sofitel Spa. • Reception at the hairdressing salon from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., by appointment. • Access to the wet / fitness area is accessible upon appointment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The location, the view of the Harbour, the cleanliness, the Comfortable and cozy beds.

The housekeeping staff are far from polite, they kept barging into my room without knocking, and amenities, such as hand wash we’re not replaced. They even came into my room while I was out and took away my spare key for the room. When ordering room service, the person at the other end was rather impatient and couldn’t wait to hang up the phone before I had finished ordering. He never confirmed my order before hanging up, and I had to keep telling him that I wasn’t done yet. In the end, I didn’t bother asking for anything else, and just let him hang up. Caesar salad, which I ordered along with some green vegetables and herbs for all drenched in cream and dressing, for the extent that I have to to the bathroom to rinse them off the salad. Needless to say, I never ordered room service again for the rest of my usual stay.
