"Bathroom door in first room wouldn't even close let alone lock, tv service didnt work on second day"

The breakfast was two thumbs down. There wasn't even orange juice or apple juice, only coffee which I don't drink or cranberry juice. I had a bagel and my company had a muffin and a coffee. It was very lack luster

The sofa was a nice touch for an extra bed and the beds were comfy

The pool room was cold and the pool was freezing and the sauna was unavailable
