"I most likely will try a different place to stay in the future, because of the unclean conditions of the room."

The size of the room was nice for 5 people

The room was not as clean as expected, I moved the garbage can and it looked like it had been puked on, when the couch was getting pulled out there was food under it , we didn’t have any food in the room, there was also yellow spots on the clean sheets we were given that looked like pee marks. with two floors and two elderly people the stairs were to much with no elevator.

Overbooked the rooms, told me they didn’t have a room available even though I made a reservation a month prior. Told us to go next door to another hotel the manage/own and they sold the room out from under us.

"Nice hotel, would stay there again."

The staff was helpful and the room was very spacious and clean.

The back door did not work with a key or lock correctly so anyone could just pull it open with no room key.

"Overall it worked for the weekend, but with little kids that enjoy swimming and a pool area that is practically not usab"

Location was great and it was a good price point for us. Staff were friendly enough.

The pool area left a lot to be desired. There were windows frozen open in the pool area, so it was too cold in there to swim for more than a few minutes. The sidewalks were not shoveled which is a huge safety concern.
